What's Covered

Every device they actually own.

Unlike manufacturer warranties that cover one device, or carrier insurance that covers one line, TTP covers the entire household's electronics ecosystem under a single enrollment.

Smartphones

iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola — every carrier, every model. Cracked screens, mechanical failure, water damage.

Laptops & Computers

MacBook, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Surface, Chromebook. Drops, spills, hard drive failure, screen damage, keyboard liquid damage.

Tablets

iPad, Samsung Tab, Surface Pro, Kindle Fire. Full accidental damage and mechanical coverage across all screen sizes.

Smartwatches & Wearables

Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, AirPods. Mechanical failure, accidental damage, battery and band issues.

Smart TVs

Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Vizio. Screen failure, electrical issues, smart-feature breakdown.

Gaming Consoles

PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, gaming PCs. Controller coverage included.

Smart Home Devices

Alexa, Google Home, Ring, Nest, smart thermostats, security cameras, smart hubs.

Home Office Peripherals

Printers, monitors, external drives, keyboards, headsets — the WFH support category.

Why Employees Use It

Built for the worst moments
of the week.

Six promises that hold up under stress — when the phone is in pieces, the laptop won't turn on, or the kid's tablet just had a juice incident.

01

Everything Covered
in One Place

Phones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, gaming systems, smartwatches, smart-home devices. One enrollment covers an entire household's electronics ecosystem — no per-device registration required.

02

Drops, Spills & Cracks

Life happens at the worst possible moment — a phone slips from a pocket, coffee finds a keyboard, a screen meets the pavement. TTP covers the everyday accidents warranties exclude and homeowners insurance won't touch.

03

Fast Claims Response

When something breaks, your people don't want to sit on hold. TTP claims are answered by a live representative in an average of 22 seconds, and 96% of approved claims are processed within the hour. No HR involvement required.

04

Low Deductible

A benefit only works if employees actually use it. TTP keeps deductibles low and predictable, so a cracked screen doesn't sit in a drawer waiting for a payday that never comes. The benefit pays — not them.

05

Repair or Replacement

Some devices are worth fixing. Others need to be replaced today. TTP gives your team both paths — quality repair through certified facilities or a replacement device delivered straight to their door — so they're back up and running fast.

06

Theft Protection

Phones get stolen. Laptops disappear from gym bags and hotel rooms. TTP covers theft alongside accidental damage and mechanical failure — one plan, one phone number, every scenario your people actually worry about.

Pricing

Two tiers. One promise.

Choose Employer-Paid to fund the benefit as a payroll-tax-advantaged contribution, or Employee-Paid to offer it as a payroll-deduction option at no cost to the employer. Both tiers include the full TTP coverage and claims experience.

Employee-Paid · VB
Payroll Deduction
Funded by employee via payroll deduction. Zero employer cost. Optional add-on at open enrollment.
Individual$41.73/mo
Family$62.30/mo
Employee-funded; portable post-employment via ACH continuation.
How Claims Work

From broken to back-in-business
in under a day.

  • All consumer electronics the employee owns and uses personally — smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, smartwatches, wearable audio, smart-home devices, and home office peripherals. Individual plans cover up to 3 devices per household; Family plans cover up to 8 devices. Work-issued devices are typically covered by the employer's separate IT policy.
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks), mechanical and electrical breakdown, battery failure, screen damage, water damage, and theft. The categories warranties typically exclude are the ones TTP includes.
  • Average 22-second live answer when the employee calls. 96% of approved claims are processed within one hour of intake. Repair-or-replace resolution is typically 24–72 hours depending on the device.
  • On the Employer-Paid (EB) tier: $20.87/month per individual employee or $31.15/month for family. On the Employee-Paid (VB) tier: zero employer cost — employees fund the benefit through payroll deduction. Group billing runs through your existing PrismHR setup; no new vendor relationship.
  • No. Unlike most extended warranties, TTP has no serial number requirement for enrollment. Coverage activates at the employer's effective date and applies to any qualifying device in the household at the time of a claim.
  • Coverage is portable via private-pay ACH continuation — the former employee can keep their TTP benefit by setting up a direct bank draft at the same published rate. No coverage gap.
  • TTP is a service contract / protection plan, not a regulated insurance product. That distinction means faster claims, lower deductibles, and a much simpler experience for employees and HR. Coverage administered through licensed third-party providers.
  • If your PEO or ASO uses PrismHR, we're already listed on the Marketplace — your benefits administrator can activate TTP from inside the catalog. If you're employer-direct or ASO, schedule a 15-minute demo and we'll walk you through activation in real time.
